Chapters

The ARK organizational framework exists to provide structure and context to our collective actions while nurturing individual expressions of culture, language, and society across each part of this beautiful globe. During the 2023 season, we are in metamorphosis as we grow from Alaska throughout the United States to provide educational opportunities that empower individuals to enrich the communities in which they live  - or our whole family - as we share this home.

The twenty-one member Global Rainbow Congress serves as the space for knowledgeable and experienced people to...

Review the options for actions that paramount root-cause, endgame solutions;

Provide insight in an advisory capacity to corporate and state activities;

Bridge the gaps that make international collaboration the most profitable option for national security, cultural sovereignty, investing in the mainstream adoption of the regenerative (RB/Peace) economy.

The nine-member corporate governance board serves as the legal management team for all of our activities as we coordinate national and international trade, training, and economic development that serve the planet and her people. (Any legal organization is a “corporation” of one type or another.) As a 501(c)3, the revenue we generate in excess of our expenses is reinvested into the communities where it was generated.

The five-member chapters are the keystone of our state (regional outside US) action plan because they serve as the beacons of hope-in-action at the state level. These chapters coordinate resources most effectively at the grassroots level. Local community, target, and mutual aid groups can coordinate most effectively to provide for the essential needs of the communities we serve at this level.

Any three individuals can organize to form a state chapter, open a bank account, and engage in their first project. As long as the actions:

we will likely support you to make it happen.

It is with deep regret we cannot support individuals in crisis at this time.
